Meet ma' old pren... This ladies and gent are ma' friends since I was primary and secondary school. They are ma' rockin' friends I ever found. I'm still disapointd with the others, we try o keep seeing each other, but some of them buzy, ARROGANT, sluggish, and many more. However, I'm still hapy with them 'cuz they still want to meet each other. N I hope after this, all my classmate especially ex-Sapphire will have another 'meeting', one day of course. Today (29th May), me, Ina, Tika, Selvia, Eman, n Wina, are free and we meet each other. Haha..  So what we do, we take a snap, snap, and snap!

Crazay Hotel Crew..

         For the 1st time I'm join this club, I feel that this is ridiculous. Y? 'Cuz they all are crazy.. But however, I'm getting closer n closer with them. All I know is live with them are teaching us to forget every single problem that playing in our head. Hmm.. THEY ARE CRAZY..but the truth, I love them so much. UFS 211: FOLKLORE STORY

In our folklore story, it is about Wulan. This story is from Brunei story and it’s a legend story about the beautiful princess from the sky comes to the earth to see the beautifulness on the earth. According to the legend, Wulan comes to earth at the middle of the night, and she always singing, because she happy of the sightseeing. She always comes at the middle at night where the entire human are going to sleep, so that no one else can saw her. But unfortunately, there was a husband and wife is on their way to going back home, but suddenly, they heard a voice singing. They remember about their ancestor telling them the legend of Wulan. Wulan comes to the earth with her beautiful shawl, but the old couples takes the shawl and the princess cannot go home. But when the old lady hears her crying, she takes Wulan to stay at her home. Wulan already warn them, every time she cooked for them, they cannot open the cover of the pot. After a few years later, Wulan married with a man, son of the old couples that take her stay with them. Wulan had twins. But suddenly, her daughters found a beautiful shawl inside their house. But since she married, she just ignore how does her shawl was found inside her house. Her husband is wondering, why do they cannot open the pot when she cook something, but the husband cannot help himself, and open the cover of pot, only part of the pack of rice was cooked, but after it cooks, it becomes whole pack of rice. Wulan wants her magic been secrets. But then, her husband did not care about her warn, she must back to her world with her shawl, because her identity already been know.

UFS 211: ACADEMIC WRITING "SUMMARIZING FROM THE TEXT"

Based on the text given by our lecturer about ‘Househusband’, it is about a husband working in the house; meanwhile the wife is going out for work. This situation is happened in American families. However, some husbands that become househusband, they found out that is not easy for them to take care of their families, and its different jobs between working outside of house. However, become househusband has to change many ideas and ways. For example, the need to change the way they think about time. Working outside of the house is always needed lots of time to complete their jobs, but become househusband, they cannot be hurry. All they have to do is cannot be hurry all the times. If they always want to hurry, their wives and children will unhappy. Otherwise, become a househusband must learn how to feel about some things. For example, at the work, man usually not shows their feeling, because if they do, they will think that these men are strange. But in home, children must need to know about their fathers feelings. If their fathers are angry, their father needs to explain to his children why he angry. Househusbands also need to show their feeling to their wives. If they not say so, their family may get the wrong ideas and can be a serious problem. Become househusband only need to change about the way they think and the way they act with family.

UFS 211: EDITING & REVISING "SYNOPSIS OF MOVIE"

Based on the movie that I watched called ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban”, of course this movie story is about magic. A boy called Harry Potter is the chosen one from the evil witches called Lord Voldermort. Lord Voldermort has transferred half of his power to the boy, and Harry is famous in the world of witches. In this story, it is about a prisoner that escaped from the jail, and it called Azkaban. Series Black is one of the prisoners that has escaped, and been telling that he is one of the followers of Lord Voldermort which is the reason Harry’s parents dead because of him, but unfortunately, Series Black is friends of Harry’s father, and his Godfather. Series Black is the only family left to Harry. However, if I’m experiencing the same situation, of course, I will find the killer of my parents, and I will take revenge just like Harry does in the movie. But if I’m become like Harry, I will investigate more information about Series Black or asking some person that know about him. With the power that I have, I will improve my power so that I’m ready to face him. But unfortunately, Series Black is my godfather, there will be no more revenge to him, and all I do is keep searching who is Voldermort, and find a way how to kill him with my power that he left inside me.

                My favorite food is cheesecake. Cheesecake is the most favorite desserts I ever tasted and almost every day I’m going to bakery and buy a slice of cheesecake. Cheesecake is the most delicious desserts that been suggest by many people. Cheesecake usually been added with strawberry, chocolates, lemon and lots of fruits was added while making a cheesecake. However, it made in a fresh cheese. Sometimes, cheesecakes sweetened with sugar and may be flavored or top with fruits. This food may be contained unhealthy food because it contains of 20g of fats, 45mg cholesterol, 260 of calories, and 8mg of saturated fat. Moreover, it contains 4g of protein, and 20g of carbohydrates. Therefore, cheesecakes are a favorite food for everyone; the most important thing is, when we eating the cheesecake, we can taste the real cheese inside it.

                Plagiarism among college students is getting higher. This situation happened when a student cannot make their own assignment that been given by their lecturer. However, this short cut work always been using with almost students in college. Sometimes, among students using plagiarism to cheat and want to get higher marks for their assignments. If these students keep continuing using a plagiarism in their whole life, their laziness will become lazier than ever. Moreover, some students are kindly confused to make decision their assignment. Some of them afraid to find the wrong point while searching info from internet, to avoid it happened; they just copy and paste all the points from internet and any sources. They also having a problem to find the right points and that make them using plagiarism. However, plagiarism is not allowed among us because it will teach us to cheat.

UFS 211: MECHANICS/GRAMMAR "MISTAKE IN ENGLISH WRITING"

In writing, I found myself having a problem to arrange those words to become perfect words with perfect grammars, which is the common mistake that I always do in writing. To me, writing in English is not so hard, but, arrange the words with using the right grammar is the problems to me. The first thing problems that I’m facing before use grammar, “How can I use grammar in my writing?” Second is what I’m going to write in my writing process? If I’m using the wrong grammar, I will lose lots of marks. I’m confident about what I’m writing, but when my results came out, its shows me how weak my grammar is. Sometimes, I cannot find the right grammar or the right words to start a good writing, but there is some suggestion that to improve my writing, I have to read lots of any articles or any newspapers. The dictionary is the important role to upgrading my writing. Meanwhile, learn using an English language with friends is the best way to improve my writing, and slowly I can upgrade my grammar in writing. Otherwise, always try to search something in English. For instance, find some information using English language. 

UFS 211: WRITING A PARAGRAPH "WATER POLLUTION"

Water pollution caused by throwing a large amount of rubbish inside the river or sea. Nowadays, this water pollution can be found in everywhere. Human is the one to blame because we do not care too much about our environment. Water is everything to us. However, water pollution is happen in so many ways. It’s not sewage or waste water is the only reason it change to a pollution, but industrial waste, radioactive waste oil pollution, underground storages leakages, atmospheric deposition, global warming and eutrophication also the reason why the water pollution. Meanwhile, the water pollution is spread almost around the world, it brings a dangerous situation to us, and it’s our healthy. Some company that produce drink water, did not produce it very well. One step mistake will bring us to the dead. If we drink water that do not been approved by any government, we will get disease. There is a way to prevent this water pollution continuing. Be careful of what we throw in our sink, make sure it cleaned.  Otherwise, do not throw litter into the rivers, if we see any litters in the sea, help clean it up, make it safe to collect the litter and put it in a nearby dustbin.

UFS 211: INTRODUCTION OF A PARAGRAPH "WRITING PROCESS WITH TOPIC SENTENCES, SUPPORTING SENTENCES & CONCLUDING SENTENCES"

In my opinion about writing process is can be divided into some stages. Started from topic sentences, follow with supporting sentences and lastly concluding sentences. For topic sentence, it must start by using the main point. For example, “Write about your favorite movie”. So, the title should be “My favorite movie”. Then keep using the three supporting sentences. For example, “Battleship movie is the best. It is lots of fun. By this movie, maybe I can create a new idea about trying to make a film”. After that, write more details for every each of the three reasons. For instance, “Battleship movie is the best; it gives us more ideas and how creative we are while produce a movie. It lots of fun, and it’s suitable for family’s entertainment. Through this movie, it helps us to think how creative this movie was made”. After that, continue with concluding sentence. For example, “I will says that Battleship movie is super cool that I ever seen”.

UFS 211: PROCESS WRITING "WRITING PROCESS"

In my own words about writing process, writing process divided into 5 stages, prewriting, drafting, revising, editing, and publishing. Prewriting is what we need to do before starting our writing. Brainstorming is the best example to pop out your ideas as possible. It can help us decided what are we going to write about. Think before writing something. Think who is going to read what you write, or how much time you spent? The second stages are drafting. Once you have the ideas and the information that you need, start writing. The goal of drafting is to write everything. Just think about the ideas and start writing. The third stage is revising. After writing all the information, make sure you write everything want are you going to write. The next stage is editing. After finished revising and you satisfied with what you have written, make another check. Make sure you check all the grammars, capitalization and punctuation. The last stage is publishing. After you finished with your writing, prepare another final draft. For example, make sure you use only one font so that the others van read it clearly. 

UFS 211: SENTENCE STRUCTURE "Simple, Compound, Complex, compound-Complex Sentence"

- Two sentence of:

·         Simple Sentence:-

o   Being an English teacher with a penchant for syntactical complexity, I love to read simple sentences upon getting up and before going to bed.

o   Mary and Samantha arrived at the bus station before noon and left on the bus before I arrived.

·         Compound Sentence:-

o   I look for Latif and Cris at the bus station, but they arrived at the station before noon and left on the bus before I arrived.

o   Latif and Cris left on the bus before I arrived, so I did not see them at the bus station.

·         Complex Sentence:-

o   While he waited at the train station, Joe realized that the train was late.

o   I did not see them at the station because Mary and Samantha arrived at the bus station before noon.

·         Compound-complex Sentence:-

o   Because I am an English teacher, some people expect me to speak perfectly, and other people expect me to write perfectly.

o   Some people tell me that my grading is too tough, and others tell me that my assignments are boring.

UFS 211: PRE-WRITING "What Is Love To You?"

"What is Love to you?". To me, love is friendship, it can invite, but I cannot dictate how, when and where love express itself. All I know and what I learn about love is patient, kind, no envy, legislated. Love usually not be count as a two person sharing the caring and love together, but it also spread the one that I love like my parents, myself, my special one and most important, love to God. Love is bigger than I am. Sometimes, I fell like I can even find myself loving people I don't like at all.

Love speaks out for justice and protest when harm is being done, allows room for anger, grief or pain to be expressed and released. But love does not threaten to withhold itself if it doesn't get what it wants,. Love cares what becomes of you because love knows that we are all interconnected. Love is inherently compassionate and emphatic. Maybe I can buy loyalty, companionship, attention, perhaps even companionship, but love itself cannot be bought. This is the nature of love and  sovereignty of each soul. Love is its own law. Just remember, love is not for sale and buy but let us spread the love around us.
